Mouse Hill Cozy Double Room offers a charming, snug atmosphere with quality décor that enhances the coziness. The conservatory provides a nice spot to relax, surrounded by greenery—ideal for those serene moments.
Foot noise from above was sometimes noticeable, especially with kids running around, though it didn’t disrupt our overall enjoyment. The view from the room could be improved, as it mainly overlooks a conservatory roof that lacks visual appeal. the reception area, being right by the entrance, felt a bit cramped, especially when some residents were venting frustrations. Our room, located in the courtyard, had a chillier air despite the radiators, which might not be to everyone’s taste.

The restaurant offers excellent food, with a particular stand-out being fresh sushi. The location is perfect for scenic walks, creating a peaceful atmosphere. the bed was too firm for my comfort, and I found the room slightly dated, lacking some modern amenities. the lobby could benefit from more inviting seating.

Perfect getaway for our anniversary!
Just spent 2 nights in an amazing deluxe room. The staff were super friendly, and they went outta their way to make our 40th anniversary special. The food was top-notch too—so many choices! Just wish the bar had longer hours, but that didn’t ruin our fun!

A Delightful Stay with Memorable Flavors
Our stay exceeded expectations! The breakfast was a highlight, especially the homemade pastries. While the chocolate mousse didn't quite match my idea of mousse, it didn't detract from our wonderful time. We would recommend the local farm-to-table options for dinner!

Amazing cozy retreat!
We had a fab stay! The room was small but super cozy, and the decor was on point. Staff were so friendly and really helpful, made us feel at home. The food was a highlight, such a nice twist on usual meals! Only thing was the shower pressure could’ve been better. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a lovely stay at The Victoria. The room was comfortable, and the thoughtful freebies in the fridge made it special. I did notice some dogs during dinner, which added a bit of distraction, but the overall dining experience was delightful. I'd definitely return to explore more of Holkham!

What a delightful stay! The room was spacious and comfy, and I adored the lovely seating area with magazines and bubbles. The enchanting dinner by the fire was simply divine!
But honestly, could someone please tell the kids above that they’re not auditioning for a shoe sale? ! A bit of quiet wouldn’t hurt, darling!

The Victoria boasts stunning decor with charming old-world features, and the accessibility for seniors is commendable, making it easy to navigate through beautifully maintained common areas while enjoying a lovely stay.
A softer mattress would improve comfort.

Beautiful historical setting, Exceptional food quality, Various room types available
Noise disturbances from kids or dogs could certainly be better managed!!! Some rooms lacked sufficient natural light, making the stay feel a bit dreary!!!
